To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines.

House Rules

Check-in & Check-out Times

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Before leaving, please:

  • Close all windows and doors and place the keys on the table in the garden

  • Turn off the lights and air conditioning.

  • Notify the host about your departure.

Noise and Respect for Neighbors
Forte dei Marmi is known for its tranquility. Please avoid loud noises, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect the peace of our neighbors.

Caring for the Apartment

  • Please treat the house with the same care and love as we do.

  • Do not move furniture or objects.

  • Report any damage as soon as possible.

No Smoking
To keep the environment fresh and pleasant, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Kitchen & Waste Disposal

  • The kitchen is at your disposal—please use it with care and leave it clean after use.

  • Forte dei Marmi practices door-to-door waste collection:

    • Collection occurs Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM

    • Place bags and bins outside on the sidewalk before 7:00 AM, following the provided calendar

During your stay, please:

You’ll find credentials near the entrance or by scanning QR code on the picture frame.
